Pacific Yew Custom Self Longbow

Glacier Traditional Archery can make you a custom Pacific Yew longbow form a stave collected n the Pacific Northwest.  These staves have been cured for 6 to 7 years and are hand shaved from a split stave for a perfect tiller longbow.  These bows utilize about 1/8″ of sapwood for the back and a quality heartwood for the belly.  Most bow are 72″ length and can be made from 35# to 65# draw weight.  Please allow 8 to 10 weeks to complete a bow – possibly longer if order in the busy Trade Show summer season.
